**Reservations of weekends, during high season, is possible to do only in the week for which reservation is made.
- For rental shorter than a week we approve maximum of 300 km traveled per day of rental, every additional kilometer is charged at €0.20 per kilometer.
- Bedclothes are not included in the price.
Cleaning of the vehicle:
Camper can be returned cleaned or there is an additional charge for cleaning:
- external cleaning €20
- internal cleaning €35
- toilet cleaning €40
- discharge of waste water €15
Payment:
30% at the time of reservation, the balancet 21 days before start of rental. In case the renter does not pay the complete sum 21 days before start of rental, it will be assumed that rental will not be consumed, and the sum paid initially will not be refunded.
Deposit:
When picking up the vehicle it is necessary to pay a deposit of €500,
which will be returned upon the return of undamaged vehicle. Deposit
covers loss of no-claims bonus, minor damage, loss of or damage of
equipment which is not included in the comprehensive insurance. In case
of minor damage, after deductions, rest of the sum is returned.
Included equipment:
The following equipment is included in the the price of rental.
Pickup of the vehicle:
Takes place in Matulji between 15:00 and 16:00 o'clock.
Return of the vehicle:
Takes place in Matulji between 9:00 and 12:00 o'clock. Only with pickup and return as described they will be counted as 1 day. In case the vehicle is returned late, a penalty of €27 per hour will be charged. Late charge will not be charged in case of force majeur (i.e. vehicle breakdown, damage to the vehicle or some other unforseen event).
Cost of cancellation:
In case the cancellation is 90 or less days before start of rental, we keep the deposit.
In case of force majeur (i.e. vehicle breakdown, damage to the vehicle or some other unforseen event), and it is not possible to pickup the camper, we can offer alternative dates or return the payment. MAD video will not be liable for anything else.
